Yard House - Block 59 in Illinois

"To start off, Yard House is an exceptional restaurant with a huge menu, delicious food, amazing service, and a lively atmosphere. The food is amazing and the steak is very tender. It is warm and the veggies also taste amazing. As for the drinks, they taste great and have a wide selection. Our server Natalie was amazing. She was kind, attentive, and polite. She made sure my family and I were well taken care of and even gave us a free dessert. The atmosphere is very lively. It is also very clean and the seats and comfy. It is a bit loud but we didn’t really mind since everything else was breathtaking. Overall, Yard House is an amazing restaurant and you should definitely come try it. Definitely recommend"

"Everything was great honestly. It was our first time coming here. The only complaint was both of our appetizers and main entrees came in at different times. There were four of us. Two people got their appetizers first, and then 5 mins after the other two got theirs. Same thing with the entrees. So I hope next time, they come in at the same time for everyone."

"I must say I was very impressed with the grand opening of this location. I expected there to be delays and some service issues on the first day but everything went right. You really could not tell this place hadn’t been open for more than a day. A lot of new places in the area just can’t seem to get it right from the service down to the food, but Yard House did not disappoint. From the moment we walked through the door, we were greeted with friendly faces and were sat immediately even though the place was packed. The atmosphere was very lively as the locals poured in to watch the Bears game. So far this is the best addition to RTE 59 and sure to give the restaurants in the area a run for their money. The food was great and the Pink Dragon drink I had was delicious. There’s something for everyone on the menu. Our server, Lisa was the absolute best checking in occasionally and making sure we had everything we needed. I’m happy I no longer have to drive 30 minutes to Lombard because we love Yard House. Will definitely be back. Please keep up the good work!"

"I had an awesome experience at Yard House yesterday! The burgers and wings were absolutely delicious — super flavorful, fresh, and cooked perfectly. Everything came out hot and tasted amazing. A huge shoutout to our server, Anthony, who made the whole experience even better. He was extremely attentive, friendly, and made sure we had everything we needed without ever feeling rushed. His service was fast, professional, and genuinely welcoming. You can really tell he enjoys what he does, and it made our visit that much more enjoyable. Definitely recommending this location to friends and family — can’t wait to come back!"

"Went here for a quick lunch after pickle ball with fam. The food was good got the cheese curds app and a cup of the chicken tortilla soup which was delicious. Ended up getting the 2 pepper jack burger which I ordered Med. it felt a little under but still good. The sweet potatoes fry were good. Over all was descent but looking forward to going back."

"As of 3/1/2026 the building seemed new and very well maintained. The staff was super friendly and a waitress held the door open for me! Before she clocked in how bad ass. I was seated right away. I was “that” customer and asked for a different spot and they quickly changed. Thank you! Also they were not busy as I ate at 12pm. Non hard water spots on my silverware. Served on clean heat retaining plates. So glad I could eat with clean cups, actual forks, and real plates. Eat it BWW and your cafeteria treys I pay 20 dollars to eat off of. The waitress was super friendly and gave recommendations. Jamell I think was her name. And shout out to her nails. How did you flip my menus so quickly, and type on the mandatory table computer. The place atmosphere is generic, and art made zero sense. I’d come back anyway even thought I’m not an alcoholic. Food was real, modern sizing and I had leftovers. All sets were clean and not ripped. No stains on the floor. Everyone was immaculate and hygiene was beyond good. I took one star off for the sterile box feeling you get as it doesn’t match what I observed. Maybe the resale value is better if it looks like every other establishment. Oh well I’d come back."

"I had such a wonderful experience! From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere felt inviting, cozy, and well thought out. The food was absolutely delicious, every dish was flavorful, fresh, and beautifully presented. I especially want to give a huge shoutout to our server Nikki, she truly went above and beyond. She was so accommodating to our last minute plus 1 ensuring everyone felt welcome. Her kindness and professionalism really stood out and elevated the entire experience. It was an incredible night out with family the Yard House has great people in place from the very first smile that greats you to the tier 1 service. "I had the pleasure of trying out this new location with family on Saturday. I must say I was definitely impressed with the staff the ambiance and hospitality! The food and drinks were amazing!!!! The firecracker shrimp, the birrira tacos and rice & beans, the Nashville hot chicken was juicy and tender!!!!! The Beer flights are amazing as well as the Coco drink very cutesy and good!!! Now let’s get to the real Highlights of the evening Our Waitress Kellyn she was by far the bestttttttt waitress I’ve encountered in a while!!!!! She’s very good at her job! She knows the menu well and was such a vibe!!!!!! Whenever I visit I will request to be seated in her section!!! That’s how amazing she was!!! And last but not least DeAngelo he’s the jack of all trades!!! He gave us a mini educational experience of the chain and all Of the other restaurants under the Diamond umbrella- Very informative and can’t wait to visit him over at Ruth Chris when it opens!! Both of their energies were unmatched!!! I pray this establishment last and our great servers as well!!! Go check them out you won’t be disappointed!!
